The roke form the ice age

<p>This painting depicts a rock from Estonia, one of 36 giant boulders that were carried by the ice from Finland during the last ice age.</p><p><br></p><p>That ice age ended over ten thousand years ago. Meanwhile, the sea is defrosted, and the rock stops moving and stands on the age of the sea. It makes you wonder about the concept of time. I will not be here when it happens again, nor will my paintings.</p><p><br></p><p>Estonia. 2023</p>
